The nights are drawing in and nature is slowing down. Beautiful colours begin to fade and there is a smoky atmosphere in the crisp cold days. Earth’s energy is drawing inward and preparing to let go for winter.
We can now relax and adapt to a slower pace. Bring things to a conclusion, let go of anything or anyone upsetting you and enjoy a clear mind. The lungs and large intestine are the organs of this season.
Autumn Priorities: Clearing the mind and gaining control
1. Breathe exercises to balance emotions and clear the mind
2. Let go of issues, and sort out anything that is bothering you to clear the mind of negative thoughts
3. Value yourself with good standards and principles
4. Don’t become isolated or melancholic, try and change up your routine
